Jon Rolf Skamo Hope (Hyen IL/Team Elon Vest) er tatt ut til U23-VM i Vuokatti i februar.
Hope er ein av seks herreløparar som er tatt ut i Noregs tropp til U23-VM i finske Voukatti i perioden 10.-13. februar.
