This is an integrated event with The Norwegian Championship part II

Birkebeineren Skistadion, Sjøsetervegen 29, 2818 Lillehammer
The skistadium is located 150 km from Oslo Airport Gardermoen traveltime with car; ca 2 hrs

💥Local Transport
We recommend having a rental car during the competition period.

💥Accommodation and food
You will have to arrange food and accommodation on your own..
There is a lot of events going on at Lillehammer this time and everything of acommodation isbooket by the Olympiaparken in order to ensure that all participants for this event can get rooms.

👉 Test for fluor will be carried out, so make sure that you have done the right thing for cleaning all your skis for flour.

💥Entries
Entries will be made by Isonen for Norwegian athletes.
Entries for foreigner’s need to be done by the FIS FPDMS system  
Deadline for entries: 14th March 2024

💥Race office is open;
The race office will be located in the area where start/finish is.
The opening hours are:
Thuesday and Wednesday 19.-20.03   9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Thursday, 21.03   12 PM – 7:00 PM

👉 Entry fee - Timer Chip 
Entry fee: 220 NOK pr race
Athletes who don't have  their own EMIT  timer chip can rent one from the organizer. An rental fee will be charged 100NOK 
This can be paid onesite at the race office

💥TCM. 
The team captains meeting will be held on Wednesday 20th March.  6:00PM place the big hall at the skistadium. 
Ongoing information form the LOC and the jury will be shared in WhatsApp 

💥 Wax Cabins/Wax place
The LOC has 32 waxcabins for rental. 
👉 15-20 m2       (16A tilkobling)       NOK  6000,-  
Ordering waxcabin will be done by e-mail;  lars.nes@olympiaparken.no 
👉Practical information: All Waxcabins will be invoiced by ordering.
👉Allocation of waxcabins take place on a first-come, first served basis
First arrival is Mondat 18.03.24.

💥Parking 
👉Parkering at Birkebeiner skistadium is operated by Apcoa license plate recognition. Cost is max 80 NOK pr day
👉 Parking in designated spaces near stadium. 
We advice you to download the app ApcoaFlow
Follow the signs and the insrtuctions from volunteer parking attendants

💥 Participant Insurance
With the issuance of a license to participate in FIS competitions and entry, the National Ski Association confirms that valid and sufficient accident insurance for training and competition is in place for the competitor and assumes full responsibility.
