Entry deadlines
Preliminary entry (by number) 1 December 2025
Final entry 24. February 2026
The OC kindly asks all teams to send their accommodation request by 1. December, 2025. It must contain the following provisional information: arrival date, departure date, number of participants, number of double and single rooms. The number of single rooms is limited. The OC will book accommodation for the teams after receiving the accommodation request.
Accreditation
The accreditation cards will be handed out at the first TCM for Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined. Cross-Country can pick up accreditation at Race Office before the first official training. For Press/Media accreditation can be picked up at Event Office.
Please note that the accreditations will be approved according to the registrations in the FIS Entry. Those who have the FIS season accreditation can use this instead of the local accreditation.
Those who don’t register through the FIS online entry system need to apply for accreditation.

Transport
Transportation to/from OSL airport is by train.
Direct train (approx one departure every hour, except for in the night). Please see the schedule/order here: www.vy.no/en.
Choose Oslo Lufthavn (the airport) to Lillehammer.
Alternatively buy the ticket at the airport/station or on board the train.
The OC will provide a free shuttle service on request between Lillehammer train station, the venues and the official team hotels in Lillehammer.
Teams who booked their own accommodation are responsible for arranging their own transportation. The OC is not required to provide shuttle service for these teams (FIS Regulation 13.2).

Wax cabins and -trucks
Wax cabins will be provided on site according to the technical regulations of the FIS Nordic Junior World Championships & U23 Cross-Country World Championships. The cabins will be located in the venues near the stadium and will be open from February 25, 2026. Wax cabins requests must be registered by 1. December 2025.
SRS must request wax cabins through the system according to the same deadline.
Price for additional cabins will be CHF 1,200.00 excl. VAT. A fine (CHF 900 per cabin) will be charged to the NSA who ordered the cabin and did not show up.
It is important that teams don't drill into the walls. If there are any damage to the cabins this will result in a fine of 200EURO. Failure to deliver the key after the event will result in a fine of 100EURO.
In the SJ-venue all cabins will be shared between Nordic Combined and Ski Jumping.
One (1) wax vehicle/truck per team with a maximum size of 20 x 10 meters when extended will be permitted.
Teams and SRS arriving with wax trucks are not entitled to the wax cabin (container). The arrival of the wax trucks will be possible from February 25, 2026.
