Teams booking accommodation through OC
All booking in hotels via FIS entry. The LOC will then distribute NSAs in available hotels and rooms.

Birkebeineren Hotel & Apartments

Birkebeineren Hotel & Apartments is located just below the Lysgaardsbakkene Ski Jumping Arena

Prices and rules:
- Booking must be made according to the FIS Rules via FIS Online registration system.
- OC will provide single rooms to double room price according to the table in FIS article 13.3:

- For any extra single room LOC will charge CHF 200 per night included full board.
Special guests and extra officials
Due to limited accommodation capacity, the Organizing Committee can only guarantee accommodation for team members within the official FIS quotas.
Accommodation for additional persons can only be provided if capacity allows. This can only be decided after preliminary deadline. Please note that in such cases, the accommodation rate will be significantly higher (200/250CHF), and the location some distance from the city center and/or the competition venue. It might therefore be advisable to arrange accommodation independently.
Cancellation rules and fees:
National Ski Associations are required to follow the registration deadlines (see Entry deadlines).
- After the preliminary deadline, changes of up to 10% of the total room booking may be made free of charge.
- After the preliminary deadline, changes exceeding 10% of the total room booking, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the cost difference.
